We combine ideas around financial education, personal finance and behavioural economics to produce regular and practical information about the way people manage their money – and how this can affect their lives. eZonomics is funded by ING and produced in ING’s global economics department. Our aims are strongly influenced by ING’s mission statement: “to set the standard in helping our customers manage their financial future”. Our name The name eZonomics comes from combining the words “easy” and “economics”. We try to make economic information more accessible to non specialists and show how it can influence how we live now and in the future. Our network Our global ING network has several projects similar in nature to eZonomics. They include projects in the Netherlands, Romania, Austria, Poland, Germany, France and Turkey – each are run independently in those countries. Our inspiration eZonomics takes inspiration from many researchers, bloggers and writers.
