Ces polymères de base sont modifiés, renforcés ou additivés par d'autres produits comme les fibres et billes de verre, les charges minérales, les colorants, les agents de protection contre le feu, les antioxydants, les agents de process, les anti-U.V. ADDIPLAST dispose d'un laboratoire équipé pour optimiser les caractéristiques des matériaux en fonction du cahier des charges (propriétés physico-chimiques, résistance mécanique, couleur et aspect, tenue au feu). Notre laboratoire de coloration nous permet la mise au point de contretypes sur spectrophotocolorimètre : RAL, PANTONE, NCS, RNUR, PSA, et autres coloris spécifiques à la demande du client. L'IGNIFUGATION : les formulations ignifugées avec et sans halogènes sont classées VO et V2 UL-94 Carte Jaune all colours et résistent au test du fil incandescent 750°- 850° et 960°C. Les ignifugés, (sur base PP ou PA, renforcés FDV ou non, chargés minéral ou non, résistance au choc ou rigidité améliorée) sont notamment destinés aux applications dans l'industrie électrique. |
